Access for guests
The farmhouse is in Calmasino, a hamlet of Bardolino, on the moraine hills that gently embrace the entire southern part of Lake Garda, a renowned land of cultivation of Bardolino classico. It is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive groves.
The farm is a 5-minute walk from the historical center of Calmasino, a beautiful village on the hill and we are 5 minutes by car from Bardolino, 10 minutes from the A22 highway to Affi and the shopping center, 25 minutes by car to Verona and 2 hours to Mantua, or one hour to Monte Baldo. We are 10 minutes from all the most famous amusement parks of Lake Garda (Gardaland, Moovieland, Canevaworld) and from the Terme di Colà or the famous Aquardens spa, for those who prefer to relax.
In addition, there are all the possibilities for sports activities, from golf to mountain-biking on Mount Baldo, hiking or riding on the saddle of beautiful horses.
Those who like to see the scenery from above can venture out by hang gliding. Finally, find plenty of opportunities for all the water sports our lake has to offer (from windsurfing to kite-surfing, boat rides or sailboat adventures).
